Ideally this structure is made from strips of wood that cover all three sides. There are large wrought iron poles that support the triangular twisted shape. There are small gaps between all the strips of wood due to the twisted nature of the structure itself that filet in sunlight as well as moonlight. Aside from these narrow gaps, there is a zenithal light feature at the top of the structure that provides ample filtered and shaded light. I made 2 study models and eventually one final model in order to conduct sun studies at different times of the day.
